How training works
- Intro call
A call to talk through your team, your goals and what success looks like.
- Custom design
A three-question survey to participants shapes the content around their real challenges.
- The workshop
Highly interactive. People practise on their own work, not case studies.
- Follow-up
Each participant commits to habits that keep the learning going back at work.
The skills that make a scene work make a team work.
Improvisers create a whole show with no script. To do it they listen hard, accept each other's ideas, build on them and commit. Those are the same things teams struggle with every day.
Curt's workshops mix improv exercises with proven tools from psychology and communication, including NLP, Compassionate Communication and DBT. People move, laugh and practise on their real work. That's why it sticks.
